DriveU Livery requires a 12-hour notice for any cancellations. If cancellations are made less than 12 hours prior, you will be charged the base fee (not including tax and gratuities).
We understand airport weather delays due occur. If this occurs please contact us ASAP, we will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees.
