What is your service area?

What vehicles do you offer?

Luxury Vans that accommodate up to 6 passengers and access to 8 passenger Stretch Limos.

When arriving at the Airports how do I know who's the driver and type of vehicle picking me up?

Our driver will be at the designated staging are at O'Hare or Midway. When the clients flight arrives, our driver will initiate a text or call your cell phone with pick up instructions.

How far in advance do I need to make reservations?

DriveU Livery takes reservations 24 hours to 30 days in advance.

Do you provide child safety seats?

No. You can provide your own child safety seat and must be installed by the parent or guardian.

How are gratuities handled?

We leave gratuity to discretion of client. Industry average is 18-20%.

What if my flight is early or gets delayed?

The driver does track your flight information that you have provided and adjusts your reservation accordingly in the event of an early arrival or delay.

It's imperative that you provided us with the proper arrival flight information at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

DriveU Livery requires a 12-hour notice for any cancellations. If cancellations are made less than 12 hours prior, you will be charged the base fee (not including tax and gratuities).

We understand airport weather delays due occur. If this occurs please contact us ASAP, we will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees.
